1. Who may use Nobedad
Anyone above the age of 13 is accepted as a user of the Nobedad platform. If you create a Nobedad account you automatically accept these Terms of Service. You can only create a Nobedad account for a company, newspaper or blog if you are authorized by that company to do so on their behalf.
You sometimes need an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for the safety of your account, so use a strong password and limit the use to this account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
The definition of your Content is all material that you upload, publish or display to others via Nobedad.
You are not allowed to share content of others without refering to the original creator of the content. Sexual content is not allowed on any of the Nobedad Services.
You yourself are responsible for the content you provide which includes compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, we behold ourself the right to delete your content if it is not inline with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Remember that content that is posted can be deleted but somebody can copy it while it is online. Any use or reliance to the Services is at your own risk.
You are still the owner of the content you post. But by submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

4. The use of Nobedad
Do not use any of the Nobedad logo's, verified symbols or the word Nobaded if you are not allowed to do so. You can also watch the rules which are part of our Terms of Services.
Do not spam Nobedad with articles that are not yours. Spam is defined as bulk or aggresive activity that attempts to manipulate or disrupt Nobedad to drive traffic to subjects of your own cause that have no affection with Nobedad. Only share and create material of your own.
You can end this legal agreement by deleting your Nobedad account.
It is possible to support Nobedad bloggers by donating Nobs to their account. Nobs are credits which you can buy and donate to your favorite Bloggers. 1 Nob is worth 10 Dollar cents. When you donate a Nob to another blogger they will receive 80% of this donation on their payout balance.
Do not force people to donate Nobs to you. It is not possible to exchange Nobs you bought for a credit on your personal account or to refund them.
Our Services are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. No information obtained from Nobedad or through our Services, will create any warranty.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW NOBEDAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES BY THE USE OF NOBEDAD DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
By using Nobedad you grant and agree that Nobedad may place advertising on any of the Services or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.
The Nobedad system will change from time till time to improve the Nobedad experience. The changes will happen at anytime and could come unnoticed. We are not responsible for data that went lost or missing during this process.
Changes to our Terms of service are effective when they are posted on this page. The changes will not be retroactive. By continuing use of our Services you agree with our terms.
