Prime Minister Jordan resigned after protests. King Abdullah asks former world bank official to succeed him.
Jordanian Prime Minister Hani Mulki resigned on Monday after protests against his government, in which mulitple people got arrested.
After days of protestings Hani Mulki decided to resign. The protests where held because of plans to cut in bread subsidy and other tax reforms.
King Abdullah II has asked a former World Bank official to succeed Mulki, said a high source around the government.
