Former South African president Jacob Zuma stands in court.
Former president Jacob Zuma stands trial for 16 charges.
After his first visit to Durban High Court last month, Jacob Zuma is today, again, going to be visiting court. Today he is expected to challenge Shaun Abrahams against his decision to prosecute Jacob Zuma for criminal cases.

Since 2009, Jacob Zuma fights against the DA (Democratic Alliance) to keep with the decision to withdraw charges against him. Which was made in 2009. But last year the Supreme Court of Appeal set aside this decision.

Therefore Jacob Zuma is again trying to stop prosecutions against him and a compliance with the decision made in 2009.

Zuma has long held that the charges against him are politically motivated. The former president is back in court on 8 June.

Jacob Zuma was President of South Africa from 2009 till 2018 untill he on February 14, 2018 resigned after allegations of corruption.
