Again a brutal rape incident prompted demand for stricter rules in India
Two rape incidents again spark the people in India. They demand stricter rules to defend their people to these incidents. After the two incidents, where in both cases the victums where only 16 years old, the Cabinet of India is creating a new law which states that any rape of a child under the age of 12 will resolve in death penalty. At this moment the law is still awaiting approval from Parliament
India had other incidents in the past, including the gang rape of a female victum in 2012.
